To encourage the light of God’s Holy Spirit to develop relationships that win souls to Jesus Christ. To teach the Word boldly and train disciples of Jesus Christ to live life within the strength and vision of God’s glory - empowering the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.

“Iron Sharpens Iron” is an interactive daily Bible Study conference line; it is a safe place where we gather from the North, South, East, and West. All people are encouraged to participate; learn, study, and grow in their spiritual purpose.

The concept of bible study over a telephonic line originally was derived from a desire to know more of God’s Word and help others understand and embrace the liberating truths of God’s love, grace, and mercy.
In 2008, Gloria Cater, a member of the church I formerly attended in Georgia, contacted me regarding her future studies. Gloria explained that she had a fuller understanding of God’s grace in the short time frame that I was in Georgie. Being led by the Spirit, I encouraged her to continue to study. Gloria was on dialysis, so three times a week; I would call her to study. She later became homebound, and then we increased our study to daily and included another homebound participant as well.
In 2013 Gloria Freedom approached me. We intentionally agreed to daily bible study, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am. We dedicated the first part of our day to the Lord and immediately invited others. Subsequently, as we grew, we developed the conference line entitled “Iron Sharpens Iron “ by Feb 2015. As the desire to know more of God’s Word increased participation increased as well.
October 2018, we received the gift of answered prayer when Rev. Dr. Douglas Banks partnered with the "Iron Sharpens Iron" conference line. His 30 plus years of biblical studies and knowledge have profoundly impacted our lives as we embrace the liberating truth of God's Word.
